At Vitality Medical Wellness Center, we are a holistic wellness center in Nashville focused on helping patients heal from within. By combining Western medicine, functional medicine, and Eastern natural healing principles, Dr. Sommer White and our team create personalized care plans that address the root causes of illness and support overall vitality through mind and body nutrition.

Kara, RN, brings over 15 years of experience in critical care and emergency medicine to Vitality Medical Wellness Center. Her passion for holistic wellness and functional medicine has led her to an integrative approach to care that treats the whole person. Kara enjoys combining her clinical expertise with alternative therapies to help patients achieve optimal well-being. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, baking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband, three children, and two cats.
