1. Hello:

   I underwent the P-shot twice, once in December 2021 and again in February 2022. The first time around, no noticeable effect at all.
   Second time around, some effect, but not quite where I need to be, but some improvement overall. I continue to use the penis pump as directed. Occassional use of Viagra and an OTC supplement called Zyrexin (Walgreens, CVS) seems to help pump it up. The Zyrexin is a good penis “booster” but I would recommend only taking half of the pill, rather than a whole one or the two that the
   manufacturer suggests (it’s too strong — too much yohimbe in it which gives one the shakes). But, it does work…..

   Question: is a 3rd shot likely to improve things more?

   I get semi-erections now that I didn’t get before the second P-shot, but they are not as firm as I would like.

   Should I continue to use the penis pump, and if so, for how long (months, years)?

   I am 73 years old, in good health, except for a touch of well-controlled diabetes (A1C 5.6), AGent Orange, Vietnam War

   All thoughts and comments appreciated.
