or

(2) Apply to join our group of providers (makes more money for us both and protects patients by promoting a group of quality providers and by financing research).

IMPORTANT- If we do not hear from you, then we will be by default onto option 3…

Option 3…to continue to use the “P Shot” or “Priapus Shot” term in association with your procedures without doing choices 1 or 2…this will cost us both money since I’m obligated to our paying members to start legal action.

For our licensing, we follow the guidelines adopted in each state and country for who can do injectables or micro-needling.  After applying, please allow us 1 business day to approve you. If you are not approved or at anytime for any reason within 90 days, you may request a full refund.
