“How Long Does It Take for the P-Shot® to Work?”
Drs. Joseph Banno & Charles Runels answer questions about the time frame surrounding the Priapus Shot® procedure…
Short version- in most people, it STARTS to work at around 3-4 weeks with full effects at 12 weeks. Some people will see effects sooner. In some people it will not work at all. Depends on the goal.
- For Peyronie’s, the success rate is 75-80%
- For growth of 1/2 inch or more (length & girth), it’s around 70%. The more the man starts with the more likely that growth will be successful.
- For ED, the average increase in the erection scale is 7 (on a scale of 5-25).

Pain & Bruising after the Priapus Shot® Procedure
Question…
I would like to know if the following issue is ok or not.
Two weeks ago i had my first P shot, in the Netherlands, the treatment went fine, but i had some bruses on my penis on the spots were the needle was set, after a couple of days it was gone. However, i had pain in my penis, especially in the nights, i woke up several times because of a painfull nightly erection.
Also my erection was worse than before the treatment.
My doctor told me to give the penis some rest, so no pump for 3-4 days, after that start again.Everywhere i see on the internet the color of the plasma is yellow, mine was red, is this normal?
Did the centrifuge do his work well?Thank you for your reply in advance.
Kind regards,

These videos offer answers…

Venous Leak vs. Increased Arterial Pressure
Question…
Good day,
I suffer from ED due to venous leakage. I have asked the local providers about this and they say they do not know what results are typical in this instance. Can you please let me know if the shot works for such a case and how successful has it been. If it does work – Is it a slight improvement or in most cases a full improvement? Are the veins reconstituted or is it just the capillaries?
Thanks,

P-Shot® + Implant
Question…
Dr. Runels,
How are you? Hope all is good. This great!
Patient question, please.
70 year old male presents to office stating that he has enjoyed 5-7 days of sexual activity with his wife status post penial implant at age 66. Reports prior to implant that he had to take Viagra daily/nightly in order to obtain an erection. Penis is 6 inches erect – 4 on outside and 2 that stays within canal with girth just under 2 cm. He is still able to ejaculate and has some sensation, however would like more. Would this individual benefit from the Priapus Shot in anyway, as he is under sure as am I about blood flow s/p implant. (By the way, the wife also enjoys sex daily and is 56 and scheduled an O-Shot!)Answer. The consensus answer on this seems to be in 3 parts…
1. To NOT do the Priapus Shot® into the SHAFT post implant.
2. Priapus Shot® into the GLANS may be helpful. But it could be risky. Our urologists disagree on this one.
3. IF you do the Priapus Shot® into the glans, do NOT use the vacuum pump if they have an implant.
Please pay very careful attention to their answers from the urologists in our group of Priapus Shot® providers.

Question. Multiple Procedures? Cialis
Question:
I have some damage resulting from a prolonged erection that I had .I had to receive emergency treatment. I have received 2 rounds of the Priapus shots. 1st round was around May 28. the next was around end of August. I received both from the Mens clinic in Memphis, Tn. I am very pleased with the results. I seems that the scarring that I could detect on the right side of my penis has almost gone away and I also have noticed at least an inch increase in length. My ED has not gone away but not near as severe. I have a couple of questions. Should I receive more rounds of the Priapus shots. They do seem to work. And should I be on a daily dose of Cialis to help with the ED? Thanks for your time and your work on this procedure. I truly believe your on to something. You are welcome to use my testimony and if you ever need a patient to teach your procedure I will gladly volunteer. I’m not at all shy and it would help reduce the cost. Looking forward to hearing your advise. I will also leave my phone # if you need to call.Answer:
